Job summary

Simpson House Inc. seeks a Move-in & Marketing Coordinator to support sales and marketing for our senior living communities in the Philadelphia area. You will manage move-in paperwork, coordinate tours, and maintain reports for occupancy and waitlists, while delivering exceptional customer service to residents and families.

You’ll collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing, assist in events, and help gather content for social media to promote our services.

Qualifications

  • Two years of sales and marketing experience in the senior industry or related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective presenter with ability to engage groups of any size.
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular reports: inventory, waitlists, occupancy, and move-in lists.
  • Assist residents and families transitioning to higher care levels; be the move-in contact.
  • Manage marketing collateral and distribute materials.
  • Schedule tours and coordinate move-ins; ensure required paperwork is complete.
  • Maintain the sales database and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Coordinate with other departments to prepare apartments for move-in; inform stakeholders of dates.
  • File and distribute move-in paperwork; ensure proper parties have required documents.
  • Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming experience until the sales team meets prospects.
  • Attend trainings and meet with the Director of Sales & Marketing for daily tasks.
  • Assist with internal/external events to drive prospects; contribute content for social media.

Look at the details below for the position.This position is responsible for the administrative activities of the Sales and Marketing team, including compiling sales reports, assisting in event planning, and organizing move-in paperwork. This position also supports the sales team in handling inquiries, scheduling tours, and providing excellent customer service to residents and prospects alike.Essential DutiesResponsible for maintaining reports on a regular basis, including but not limited to inventory reports, waitlists, pending move in lists, occupancy reports, and weekly and monthly reports as assigned.Assist current residents and families needing to transition to another level of care. Be point of contact throughout the move process.Monitor and maintain all marketing collaterals to have ready for handout and mailing.Meet with scheduled move-ins to complete required move in documentation.
