Christian Care Mesquite is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to support the Director of Sales & Marketing. The role ensures a smooth move-in process for new residents and serves as a backup for the sales team by conducting tours, following up with prospects, and supporting marketing events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with depositors and families for move-in processes to ensure a positive experience.
• Prepares new resident paperwork, schedules lease signing, and enters move-in data in CRM.
• Manages resident and family communication and coordinates moving tasks (downsizing, furniture, movers).
• Liaises with new residents to introduce them to team members and acclimate to the community.
• Assists sales team with tours, lead cultivation, and deposits as needed.
• Ensures collateral materials are available for marketing; maintains show-ready model apartments; marketing tour book.
