Job summary

Cedar Community is seeking a Sales Assistant / Move-In Coordinator to guide the move-in experience, manage paperwork, and welcome new residents and families. The role blends relationship-building with sales support to help prospective residents choose Cedar Community as their new home.

You will assist the sales team with leads, tours, events, and CRM documentation, coordinating communication across departments to ensure a smooth transition and a welcoming resident experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Direct sales experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
• Knowledge of senior living and CCCRs is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with CRM and MS Office.
• Outstanding communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the move-in process from start to finish, including paperwork and finish selections.
• Serve as a friendly resource for prospective residents and families by answering questions and following up.
• Assist with lead management, tours, events, and CRM documentation to support occupancy goals.
• Prepare marketing materials, manage event RSVPs, and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Support new residents before, during, and after move-in with welcome activities and ongoing communication.
