True Connection Communities is seeking a Move-In Coordinator Senior Living in Plano, TX to ensure smooth move-in for new residents and to back up the Sales Director. The role works with maintenance to prepare units and supports community marketing outreach.

Responsibilities include guiding new residents through admission, conducting tours, handling inquiries, and contributing to weekly activity reports while maintaining a professional image and strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with leasing and sales in hospitality, multifamily, senior living, or real estate is a plus.
• Strong customer service and public relations skills required.
• Patient, tact and cheerful disposition under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
• Desire to serve seniors and work in a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Finalize paperwork and admission requirements with new residents and families.
• Provide sales assistance including tours, inquiries, events, and outreach.
• Compile accurate weekly activity reports.
• Participate in sales meetings and support the Sales Director as needed.
• Coordinate event details with other departments.
• Maintain a positive, professional image and teamwork.
• Ensure move-in readiness of units with maintenance team.
