Stellar Living is seeking a Move-In Coordinator in Colorado to guide new residents from planning through move-in. You will manage measurements, layouts, and move-in logistics, coordinating with movers, real estate partners, and utility services to ensure a smooth transition into their new home.

You will also foster a welcoming community by greeting residents, coordinating events, and supporting ongoing communications.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional move-in experiences by assisting with measurements, layouts, and move-in planning.
• Coordinate movers and transportation to ensure a seamless transition.
• Assist with home sales and downsizing needs alongside real estate professionals.
• Support residents with address changes, utilities, and relocation details.
• Order welcome gifts and personally greet new residents with keys.
• Introduce residents to neighbors and community life from day one.
• Conduct home and model apartment inspections to maintain curb appeal and readiness.
• Maintain daily lead follow-up, tours, deposits, and follow-up communications.
• Update vacancy boards, calendars, and marketing collateral.
