Casa de las Campanas in Rancho Bernardo (San Diego) is seeking a Guest Services & Admissions Coordinator to ensure a welcoming experience for residents, families, and visitors while assisting admissions with new resident onboarding.

You will coordinate hospitality services, orient new residents, collect documentation, and support the admissions team in smooth transitions, all while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in health services or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes new residents and families and provides orientation during admission.
• Regularly checks in with residents and families to ensure a positive experience.
