The ideal candidate has 2+ years’ move-in coordination experience, is highly organized, and communicates well; proficiency in Word and Excel is required, and a sales background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the move-in process from start to finish.
• Serve as the primary point of contact among residents, families, and service providers.
• Coordinate with sales team and management.
• Collaborate with moving companies, maintenance, housekeeping and interior designers.
• Create a welcoming environment for new residents.
