Inspired Living in Kenner, LA is seeking a Sales Move-In Coordinator to guide families from initial inquiry to move-in day, ensuring an exciting and organized experience.

You will coordinate schedules, paperwork, and apartment readiness while partnering with families, movers, and community teams to smooth the move-in process. Your role includes tours, follow-ups, deposits, and ongoing lead management to support occupancy goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the move-in experience from inquiry through move-in.
• Coordinate move-in, transfers, paperwork, and apartment readiness.
• Collaborate with families, movers, residents, and teams on move-in day.
• Coordinate resident orientation and help newcomers feel welcome.
• Arrange furniture arrival and welcome-home setup.
• Assist the Sales & Marketing Director with tours, follow-up, deposits, and closings.
• Maintain lead/move-in data and support marketing reports.
• Keep tour books and model apartments ready to impress.
• Plan and host community events to build relationships and generate inquiries.
• Track event effectiveness and identify occupancy opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, prospects, and staff.
• Proactively solve problems to create exceptional first impressions.

At Inspired Living, moving into a senior living community is more than a move, it's the beginning of a new chapter. Our Sales Move-In Coordinator helps make that chapter feel exciting, organized, and personal from the first inquiry all the way to move-in day.

What You'll Do

• Own the move-in experience from inquiry through move-in, making sure every detail is coordinated and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Coordinate move-in and resident transfer schedules, paperwork, apartment readiness, and communication across departments.
• Partner with families, movers, residents, and community teams to make move-in day smooth and stress-free.
• Coordinate resident orientation and help new residents feel comfortable, informed, and welcomed into their new community.
• Coordinate the arrival of furniture and personal belongings and help create a memorable "Welcome Home" experience.
• Assist the Sales & Marketing Director with tours, follow-up calls, lead cultivation, deposits, and closing activities.
• Maintain accurate lead and move-in information using company systems and support daily and weekly marketing reporting.
• Keep marketing materials, tour books, and model apartments ready to impress.
• Help plan and host community events designed to build relationships and generate new inquiries.
• Track the effectiveness of events and help identify opportunities to grow occupancy.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, prospects, and team members.
• Jump in, solve problems, and do whatever it takes to create an exceptional first impression and move-in experience.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, sales, marketing, hospitality, or relationship-building experience required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with families and prospective residents.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and keep multiple moving pieces organized.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and everyday technology.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a strong team player.
• A genuine passion for helping people and creating exceptional experiences.
