Job summary

Simpson is seeking a Move-in & Marketing Coordinator to support the sales and marketing team in a retirement community. You will handle inquiries, schedule tours, and maintain move‑in documentation, ensuring excellent customer service to residents and prospects alike.

You will prepare reports, assist with event planning, and coordinate with other departments to ensure apartments are ready for move‑in. Two years in sales/marketing in the senior industry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales and marketing experience in the senior industry or related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular reports (inventory, waitlists, occupancy, move‑in lists).
• Assist residents and families transitioning to higher care levels.
• Coordinate move‑in paperwork and tours for prospects.
• Manage marketing collateral and support social media content.
