Job summary

Savant Senior Living in Riverside, CA seeks an In-House Marketing Coordinator to manage the smooth transition of new residents into the community. You will communicate with prospective residents and their families, movers, and staff, while partnering with the sales team to close moves and maintain relocation materials.

Responsibilities include coordinating tours, preparing paperwork, keeping occupancy reports, and building the resident directory. Strong MS Office and CRM skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but a history of administrative work is a perfect substitute.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for community tours and new resident moves.
• Coordinate with moving companies, maintenance, housekeeping and families.
• Collect and route paperwork for closing and update stakeholders.
• Track occupancy, reservations and upcoming move-outs with the team.
• Prepare closing docs and internal communications in a timely manner.
• Ensure inventory is show-ready with Operations and Marketing.
• Create and maintain the Resident Directory and move-in files.
• Introduce new residents to department heads and team members.
• Check in weekly with new residents and support a smooth transition.
