Job summary

The Argyle in Denver is seeking a Move-In/Move-Out Coordinator to deliver warm, guest-centered service during transitions. You will coordinate resident move-ins, liaise with families, and ensure a welcoming first impression.

Responsibilities include managing unit turnover in the TELS system, supervising front desk staff, and coordinating with maintenance and vendors. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and on-call duties is required to uphold hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with strong attention to detail and effective time management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with residents, families, staff, and vendors.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, particularly in supervising teams and coordinating schedules.

Responsibilities

• Champion resident and family experience by creating a warm move-in experience.
• Oversee unit turnover, enter work orders in TELS, coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure move-in readiness.
• Coordinate move-in support such as unpacking, arranging furniture, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Lead and supervise front desk staff to ensure warm, professional coverage according to hospitality standards.
• Attend department meetings and assist with cross-team collaboration.
• Participate in on-call rotation and report incidents promptly.
