Job summary

Aster Place in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Move-in Coordinator to support the sales and move-in process for residents and families, coordinating with the sales team and community leaders.

The role emphasizes compassionate engagement, clear communication, and seamless apartment readiness, with opportunities to travel between communities as needed. The position may involve evenings and weekends as sales needs require.

Qualifications

• College Degree Preferred
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence
• Demonstrates CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excell ence
• One plus years of experience of customer service experience in a face-to-face setting
• Previous health care experience preferred
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as sales/marketing responsibilities dictate
• Dependable vehicle and willingness to use for travel between communities/events, which may include overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Move-in process support and coordination with sales, families and residents
• Ensure apartment readiness and smooth transition to the community
• Communicate clearly with facility team and customers to facilitate moves
