Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to help families transition into their new senior living community. You will guide paperwork, assessments, and orientation to establish early emotional connections and a welcoming atmosphere for residents and families.

In this role, you will manage the move-in process, coordinate with clinical leadership, ensure regulatory paperwork is complete, and maintain proactive communication with families and physicians to ensure a seamless transition.

• Manage the full move-in process using the Resident Move-In Checklist
• Review and explain the Move-In Packet and required documentation
• Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership
• Ensure all state-required paperwork is completed prior to move-in
• Prepare resident administrative files in compliance with regulations
• Oversee suite readiness and coordinate with Maintenance as needed
• Welcome residents and families on move-in day and provide community orientation
• Maintain proactive communication with families and physicians
• Support Founders Club benefits (where applicable)
• Protect resident confidentiality and support compliance standards

Pay Range: 23.00 - 28.80
