Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Colorado is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to guide families through the resident transition, from paperwork to orientation, ensuring a warm, compliant move-in experience.

In this role you will manage the move-in process, coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership, protect confidentiality, and collaborate with maintenance to prepare suites while delivering compassionate customer service.

Qualifications

• Manages the full move-in process and prepares resident files.
• Explains Move-In Packet and required documentation to families.
• Coordinates assessments with clinical leadership and ensures paperwork compliance.
• Maintains resident confidentiality and supports standards of care and regulatory rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead move-in activities and orientation for new residents.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for suite readiness.
• Ensure all state-required forms are completed before move-in.
• Communicate with families and physicians about transition progress.
• Support Founders Club benefits where applicable.
