Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Sales Assistant Move-In Coordinator for a part-time role Fri–Sun, 9am–4:30pm in Rancho Palos Verdes. You will support the sales team with data entry, resident files, tours, and move-in logistics, while delivering exceptional hospitality to future residents and families.

You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure a smooth move-in, maintain readiness, and handle follow-ups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience.
• Professional telephone etiquette and friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbal and written.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related software.
• Reliable attendance is essential for operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to sales, data entry, and resident files.
• Coordinate move-in logistics with residents and families.
• Welcome and orient new residents; follow up for smooth moves.
• Collaborate with departments to meet pre and post move-in needs.
• Support tours and follow-up calls for prospects.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in all interactions.

Education
