Berger Transfer & Storage, Inc. in Roseville, MN is seeking a Move Coordinator to join our Corporate, Military & GSA Account Customer Service team.

The role acts as the transferee’s main point of coordination for household goods moves and coordinates with Operations, Claims, Billing and our vendor network to ensure timely service delivery. You will schedule moves, communicate with customers to provide excellent service, verify survey results, prepare estimates, and support billing with proper

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of typical office equipment (PC, calculator, fax, etc.).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle heavy phone work.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the transferee’s main point of coordination for the movement of household goods.
• Communicate with customers to coordinate move and ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Oversee all assigned moves from point of shipment acceptance to delivery, including monitoring coordination with move suppliers.
• Receive survey results and verify all quoted services align with account policies.
• Provide estimates to accounts based on survey of goods to be moved.
• Collaborate with Allied agency network on scheduling of moving services and issue resolution.
