Sugar Bowl Resort is hiring Village Services Stewards to support our snowbound community. This outdoor role blends luxury hospitality with mountain operations, acting as the welcoming heartbeat for homeowners and guests.

You will transport people and belongings by snowmobile, deliver groceries, and keep village areas clean and safe. Training is provided, and a strong customer service mindset is essential for success on our mountain.

Responsibilities

• Over-the-Snow Transportation: Transport homeowners, guests, luggage, and gear via snowmobile or Ranger; ensure a smooth arrival and departure
• Operate all over-the-snow vehicles safely; full training provided
• Coordinate with Village Services and Concierge teams during peak periods
• Homeowner & Guest Services: Act as the on-site ambassador for the Sugar Bowl experience; deliver packages and groceries
• Deliver to homeowner residences with care and discretion
• Anticipate needs and respond promptly to guest requests
• Village Maintenance & Operations: Perform snow removal around village areas
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas
• Manage trash and recycling transport using over-the-snow vehicles
• Communicate safety hazards and maintenance concerns to leads
• Physical Requirements: lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for long shifts, climb stairs, be outdoors in cold conditions
• Altitude: elevation 7,000–8,000 feet; comfortable at altitude
• Operate over-the-snow vehicles after training
