Job summary

Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking a Village Services Concierge to be the friendly, organized go-to for our Village homeowners — coordinating their needs and ensuring each request is handled from start to finish. You’ll monitor office dispatch, log communications, and manage day-to-day admin tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll work in a historic California resort setting, providing top-notch customer service, handling scheduling, billing, and information for Sugar Bowl and surrounding

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the arrivals and departures of homeowners.
  • Log communication between homeowners, vendors, and staff in the Interaction Log, keeping it updated with communication logs, work orders, dispatch, clean requests, and any other homeowner interactions.
  • Assist with vendor scheduling.
  • Coordinate transportation for homeowners.
  • Answer phones and respond to questions on a daily basis.
  • Assist in coordinating any additional services homeowners request.
  • Assist with daily billing of homeowner charges as needed.
  • Sell ticket and pass products to homeowners.
  • Sell lesson products to homeowners and their guests.
  • Work closely with the Village Services Manager to ensure work orders and dispatch orders are fulfilled and billed in a timely fashion.
  • Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager on scheduling house cleans.
  • Provide information on services at Sugar Bowl, Lake Tahoe, and the surrounding areas.
  • Assist with administrative work necessary for departmental operations, including but not limited to filing, typing, fielding questions, radio dispatch, and restocking inventory.
  • Cross-train and lend a hand in other departments as needed, building a broader understanding of resort operations.

Description

Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for a Village Services Concierge to be the friendly, organized go-to for our Village homeowners — coordinating their needs and making sure every request gets handled, start to finish. What You’ll do:

Physical Requirements:
  • Sitting and working at a desk or workstation for extended periods
  • Comfortable answering phones and using radio dispatch equipment throughout a shift
  • Able to shovel snow as necessary
  • Comfortable lifting and carrying inventory and supplies up to 30 lbs
  • Sufficient visual and auditory acuity to manage phone, radio, and in-person communication simultaneously
