Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking an exceptional Director of Village Services to protect and elevate our alpine lifestyle. Lead a high-energy team to deliver unforgettable homeowner and guest experiences in a gondola-accessed village high in California’s Sierra.

You’ll craft bespoke events, manage budgets and billing, and mentor a concierge team to consistently exceed expectations in a luxury mountain setting. Join a community where magic and service flourish together.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service teams in luxury hospitality or high-end residential settings.
• Proven ability to plan and execute premium homeowner events.
• Budget management and homeowner billing experience.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Excellent event planning and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ultimate host for homeowners, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Create and execute extraordinary Sugar Bowl lifestyle events.
• Train and develop Concierge team and Stewards to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage budgets while driving business growth.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Village Services department.
• Collaborate with other departments.
• Design and implement new experiences embodying the Sugar Bowl spirit.
• Maintain relationships with homeowners and residents.
• Respond to homeowner requests courteously and timely.
• Preserve and enhance Sugar Bowl's unique magic.
• Manage Sporthaus and Lake Mary.
• Oversee transportation in village and resort.
