Job summary

Sugar Bowl Resort in California is seeking a Village Services Concierge to be the friendly go-to for our Village homeowners—coordinating needs from start to finish. You’ll monitor dispatch, track work orders, and keep communication flowing between homeowners, vendors, and staff.

You’ll stay organized under pressure, provide excellent service, assist with vendor scheduling and transportation, answer phones, and handle day-to-day admin tasks that keep department operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Willing to provide excellent customer service.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and a self-starter.
• Warm and approachable, with a knack for making homeowners feel taken care of.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when juggling multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the arrivals and departures of homeowners.
• Log communication between homeowners, vendors, and staff in the Interaction Log and keep it updated.
• Assist with vendor scheduling and transportation for homeowners.
• Answer phones and respond to questions daily.
• Assist with daily billing of homeowner charges as needed.
• Cross-train and lend a hand in other departments as needed.
