Job summary

Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking energetic Guest Experience Hosts to greet guests, assist with boot fittings, and support multiple resort operations. You will help in dining areas, cashiering, and gear distribution, while maintaining a welcoming lodge environment.

This role offers variety and opportunities to learn across departments in a mountain setting. You’ll thrive if you enjoy helping guests, communicating clearly, and are comfortable outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Reliable, flexible, and punctual with the ability to work independently or in a team
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Open to learning new skills and supporting other departments as needed

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and direct vehicles in the drop-off zone
• Assist with boot fittings and rental equipment distribution
• Support cashiering or food service in dining areas
• Bus tables and maintain clean, welcoming lodge spaces
• Act as a resort ambassador by answering questions and offering directions
• Cross-train and lend a hand in other departments to learn resort operations
