Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners LLC's Nordic Valley Mountain Patrol seeks an experienced manager to oversee daily human, financial and physical resources, ensuring emergency response, rescue and safety operations are staffed by a competent team.

You will manage scheduling, hiring, training, budgeting, policy setting, safety investigations, and coordination with EMS. Strong leadership, ski/snow operations knowledge and OSHA familiarity required; proactivity in risk management and crisis planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years combined patrol, supervisory and administrative experience.
• Current CPR and EMT-B certification (OEC or Utah EMT-B).
• Avalanche training completion preferred.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Experience with industry software (Z Patrol, Dispatch).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staffing of patrol, dispatch and safety teams.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules and staffing plans.
• Set safety standards, conduct investigations and ensure OSHA compliance.
