Job summary

Nordic Valley Resort in Eden, UT is seeking a Seasonal Mountain Patrol Manager to lead daily operations, safety programs, and emergency response for the Nordic Valley Mountain Patrol. You will manage a diverse team, set patrol policies, coordinate training, budgeting, and liaise with risk and EMS partners to ensure top-tier safety and compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Expert first aid skills and skiing ability for all terrain.
• Minimum of 5 years patrol, supervisory and administrative experience.
• Current CPR and OEC or Utah EMT-B, or higher, certification.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Competency with industry-specific software (Z Patrol, Dispatch systems).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily resources of the Nordic Valley Mountain Patrol to deliver emergency, rescue and safety services.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, hiring, training and performance evaluations within budget.
• Develop and manage safety programs, investigate accidents and ensure OSHA compliance.
