Job summary

Big Sky Resort is seeking Kircliff Team Members to greet guests, share knowledge of Lone Peak, and assist on the mountain. You will rotate through several guest-facing roles, from greeting to information sharing, while supporting Mountain Services and lift operations.

Applicants should enjoy skiing or riding, be comfortable outdoors in varying conditions, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment on five 8-hour shifts from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High-level knowledge of surrounding mountain ranges and Big Sky terrain.
• Excellent guest service skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods and endure outdoor mountain conditions.

Responsibilities

• greet guests and provide information about Lone Peak and surrounding terrain.
• rotate between positions such as greeter, assisting guests, and information sharing.
• assist with daily operations and ensure Kircliff area is clean and safe.
• interact with guests indoors and outdoors, facilitating traffic at tram terminals.
