Big Sky Resort is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to be the central hub of knowledge for guests and internal teams, guiding them through planning, lift access, lessons, dining and events with timely, accurate service across phone, email, live chat and voicemail.

You will work with the Customer Care Center and Mountain Services to ensure consistent information and exceptional service, staying flexible in a fast-moving team and learning about other resort offerings.

Qualificações

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with RTP|One and/or Salesforce a plus.
• Strong communication across phone, email and chat.
• Professional, efficient typing and digital communication.

Responsabilidades

• Be a subject matter expert on Big Sky lift access products, including season passes and day tickets.
• Use administrative access to bigskyresort.com to support guest needs and troubleshoot online issues.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and voicemail.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy when sharing information about resort services, activities, and offerings.
• Stay flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving team environment.
• Demonstrate a willingness to continuously learn about other departments and offerings across the resort.
