Boyne Resorts in Snoqualmie Pass, WA seeks a Security Supervisor to lead the safety and security team across the mountain operations. You will supervise daily shift activities, respond to incidents, and coordinate with local emergency services to protect guests and staff.

This role oversees safety leadership in a dynamic alpine environment, with a focus on guest service, policy enforcement, and operational readiness for peak periods.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Stay calm and focused in fast-paced, unpredictable environments.
• Familiarity with emergency procedures, report writing, and guest service.
• Professional appearance and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Comfort working outdoors in extreme weather and variable terrain.
• Proficiency with two-way radios, basic computers, and surveillance equipment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Patrol resort areas to maintain safety and security.
• Respond to incidents and guest concerns promptly with reports.
• Coordinate with local emergency services as needed.
• Enforce resort policies with tact and de-escalate conflicts.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and radios to stay aware of activity.
• Supervise daily shift activities and provide coaching.
