Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation is seeking a Catering & Conference Services Manager to sell, manage, and service social groups and meetings, and to plan conference events across hotel and resort venues.

The role emphasizes maximizing revenue, maintaining client relationships, and delivering service excellence; requires 1–3 years in event/conference services, and proficiency in Excel. Colorado residence and weekends/holidays work may be involved.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years event or conference services experience or equivalent education.
• Sales, banquet or conference services experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel skills preferred.
• Delphi/Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new catering and meeting business for hotel and venues.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate all aspects of conference services and events.
