Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation in Steamboat Springs, CO is seeking a Conference Services & Catering Coordinator to join the Sales and Catering team. You will manage the full cycle of catering and conference services, interface with departments, and provide essential administrative support to drive sales.

You’ll lead projects, coordinate events, prepare BEOs and layouts, oversee billing, and ensure top-notch guest experiences at conferences, weddings, and social events, while working with the

Competenze

• Experience with Salesforce/Delphi for reporting and contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and creating reports.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Ability to travel by vehicle in Colorado winter conditions.

Mansioni

• Coordinate catering and conference services with managers and sales teams.
• Lead projects to grow sales and ancillary spend.
• Manage inbox/voicemail for leads, proposals, and RFPs.
• Oversee daily/weekly reports in Delphi; update menus in the system.
• Provide onsite support for events and coordinate billing.
• Prepare, issue and manage BEOs, layouts, and site tours.
