Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Ranch - Master Client is seeking a pizza baker to craft specialty pizzas to order in the on-mountain yurt and other locations. You will support food preparation and cooking across outlets, requiring you to ski or snowboard to the yurt.

A passion for cooking and customer service is essential. The role includes keeping stations clean and stocked, preparing dough and sauces, training others, and contributing to menu development with the F&B team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Culinary school is preferred.
• Experience cooking in a restaurant, preferably making artisan pizza.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook specialty pizzas and pizzas to order in on-mountain yurt and various locations.
• Maintain clean, stocked stations and follow food safety practices.
• Prepare dough, sauces, and accoutrements for pizzas.
• Train other cooks in pizza preparation and execution.
• Collaborate with F&B team on menu development and new recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Cooks at special events as needed.
