Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Ranch, a premier private residential community in Utah, seeks a dedicated server for the upcoming winter season. This ski-in/ski-out destination requires strong ski/snowboard ability to work at the pizza yurt and deliver exceptional member service in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving with precision, maintaining a pristine dining area, and handling inquiries professionally.

Qualifications

• Intermediate skier or snowboarder capable of navigating a ski-in venue.
• 6 months of restaurant service experience required.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional member service and meet expectations.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards including table settings and menu knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with members and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality dining experience.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to the F&B sequence of service for seamless dining experience.
• Prepare tables with sanitation and presentation in mind.
• Present menus and provide knowledgeable guidance to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and workstation.
• Perform opening and closing duties including setup and breakdown of dining areas.
• Ensure table settings, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained throughout service.
• Handle member inquiries and requests professionally and discreetly.
• Resolve issues or complaints promptly and politely.
