Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a Mountain Lead Line Cook to support Lookout Kitchen, Mountain Camp Cafe, and the Prep Kitchen. You will help prepare foods for multiple outlets, follow prep lists, organize walk‑ins and storage, and uphold quality standards.

The role requires 1–2 years as a cook at level 3, proficiency in standard kitchen stations, and a focus on teamwork and safety. Weekend/holiday availability is expected for a full‑time position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years in a cook role (level 3).
• Experience across Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner services.
• Proficiency in Sauté, Grill, Fry, and Garde Manger.
• Efficient at working on an expo line and coordinating with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Work with Mountain Chef to fulfill daily prep requirements.
• Maintain organization and prep lists for all mountain outlets.
• Support other cooks and dishwashers as needed.
• Perform pre- and post-shift checks to keep stations clean and organized.
• Monitor food temperatures and sanitizer levels to ensure safety.
