Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a Mountain Camp Cafe Lead Supervisor to guide on-mountain dining operations, ensuring hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction. This full-time seasonal role requires leadership to direct staff, manage daily service, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising employees, training, handling inquiries, and maintaining POS operations, with a focus on teamwork and cost control.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1 year of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Must obtain valid food handler's permit and Tips & Sips alcohol permit within 30 days of hire.
• Pass UDABC background check and submit fingerprints for liquor license.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to operate a Sundance vehicle.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally. Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks.

Aufgaben

• Supervise, train, and manage employees on assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with all rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Accurately document incidents involving guests or employees.
• Inspect employee uniforms, cleanliness, and identification.
• Conduct daily line-ups and communicate new procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote teamwork.
• Provide courteous service to vendors, guests, and employees.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and initiate service recovery.
• Order and serve food and beverages, ensuring quality.
• Manage payment transactions and maintain knowledge of the Point of Sale system.
• Perform side work, bus tables, and reset them promptly.
• Stay informed about resort events and hours of operation.
• Submit orders to vendors, check inventory, and manage costs.
