Job summary

Vail Resorts in Colorado seeks a Concierge to ensure total guest satisfaction from pre-arrival contact through bookings and reconfirmations, with full knowledge of local points of interest and coordination of parcels and deliveries.

You will assist guests with inquiries about operations, directions, car rentals, and shuttle services, promote in-house events, and collaborate with other departments to anticipate needs. Housing is available for winter seasonal employment.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to sit or stand for long periods.
• No formal experience required; training will be provided.
• Desire to learn and grow in guest services.
• Must communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete guest notes in the concierge system in a timely, thorough way.

Job Summary: The Concierge will be responsible for total guest satisfaction from pre‑arrival contact, logistics in the bookings and reconfirmation of guests' reservations, full knowledge of local points of interest, and coordination of guests' parcels, mail, and special deliveries. Job Responsibilities

• Complete guest notes into the reservation and concierge system in a timely and complete manner.
• Review all arrivals to ensure all instructions and billing requests have been addressed properly.
• Respond to guest inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of outlet operation, directions, car rentals, airline shuttle service, etc.
• Be active in the promotion of in‑house events and adventure programming.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
• Communicate guest requests with other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• All necessary skills will be taught to execute the job safely; no formal experience is required.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Preferred

• At least one year of high‑end guest service experience in a property of similar size and quality or a college degree with an emphasis in Hospitality.

• Starting Wage: $20.00/hr – $23.00/hr
