Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking a Concierge for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 at Beaver Creek, CO. The role focuses on total guest satisfaction from pre-arrival contact through check-in, with responsibilities across reservations, logistics, and guest communications.

Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr, full-time and part-time hours available, housing provided. Prior guest service is valued, but training is provided to all hires.

Qualifications

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• No formal experience is necessary, we will teach you the required skills.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete guest notes into the reservation and concierge system promptly and accurately.
• Review arrivals to ensure instructions and billing requests are addressed.
• Respond to guest inquiries with information on hours, directions, car rentals, shuttle service, etc.
• Promote in-house events and adventure programming.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and anticipate guests' needs.
• Communicate guest requests with other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Concierge will be responsible for total guest satisfaction from pre-arrival contact, logistics in the bookings and reconfirmation of guests' reservations, fully acquainted with local points of interest, and coordination of guests' parcels, mail, and special deliveries. Job Responsibilities:

• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
• Communicate guest requests with other departments as needed.

Job Requirements:

Preferred:

• At least one year of high-end guest service experience in a property of similar size and quality OR College degree with an emphasis in Hospitality.

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
