Job summary

The George Washington University’s Mount Vernon Campus is seeking a dedicated Student Program Associate to support student programs and space management within the Division of Student Affairs.

You will collaborate with campus partners to create engaging, outcomes-based programs for a diverse student population, supervise undergraduate staff, coordinate events, manage communications and space rentals, and support signature campus traditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Experience with client services and event planning preferred.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support student programs and space management on Mount Vernon Campus.
• Coordinate, develop, plan and execute campus programs and traditions.
• Manage communications materials, website updates, and space rentals for GW groups and external clients.
• Supervise undergraduate student staff and advise student organizations.
• Collaborate with campus partners and GW staff for on-site event support.
