Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; conferred by start date.
  • Experience with client services, event planning, and event setup/management.
  • Experience with digital communication platforms and software (USI/EMS, Adobe, Canva, MAC graphics).
  • Audiovisual technology experience and understanding of computer networks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new enterprise technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with MVC partners to create engaging, outcomes-based programming for a diverse student population.
  • Manage general operations for Mount Vernon Campus.
  • Plan and execute campus programs, signature events, and traditions (Weeks of Welcome, Vern Harvest, Tailgates, etc.).
  • Manage communications (flyers, website, REACH screens) and social media for MVC.
  • Oversee rental of campus spaces to GW student organizations, departments, and external clients.
