Georgetown University’s Center for Student Engagement seeks a Program Coordinator to greet visitors, manage administrative tasks, and advise student organizations. You will design programs, support campus life, and help with logistics for a busy student engagement team.

Responsibilities include supervising student staff, managing budgets, space reservations, and reporting. The role requires strong organization, effective communication, and a proactive, student-centered approach in a fast-paced

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years experience in student activities, advising, or student affairs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work with attention to detail.
• Flexibility in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Office suites (Word/Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Ability to perform light-moderate physical activity on-site as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Greet walk-in traffic and manage front-desk operations.
• Advise student organizations on programming and leadership development.
• Assist with event planning and programming logistics.
• Manage financial expenses for student organizations.
• Supervise student staff and review paperwork.
• Maintain calendars for CSE spaces and resources.
• Train student leaders and manage equipment usage.
• Generate reports and collaborate with campus partners.
