Job summary

Camas Health Recovery Center is seeking an experienced OTP Clinic Administrator to lead the MOUD program across the main clinic and satellite/mobile units. You will be the operational and cultural anchor, ensuring compliant operations and dignified care.

The role partners with the Medical Director on clinical oversight and reports to the Care Community Leader to advance strategic goals, while developing leaders and maintaining a trauma-informed, high-standard environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, Nursing, Behavioral Health, or related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive healthcare leadership, including 5+ years supervisory or operations management.
• Knowledge of 42 CFR Part 8, 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, DEA, WA DOH/HCA standards.
• Experience with OTP, MAT, or SUD treatment settings preferred and state licensure where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead people development, set expectations, and drive accountability across clinic teams.
• Oversee end-to-end clinic operations including dosing, intake, and patient flow.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and lead QA/QI initiatives and audits.
• Manage RCM processes and budgeting while monitoring KPIs and costs.
• Foster trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and strong cross-team collaboration.
