Behavioral Health Network, Inc. in Western Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide evidence-based counseling and case management to individuals receiving MOUD, collaborating with physicians, nurses, recovery coaches, and other professionals to promote recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in listed behavioral health fields.
• Massachusetts licensure or license-eligible and actively pursuing independent licensure.
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed, person-centered, and recovery-oriented care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based practices.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with medical providers, nursing staff, recovery coaches, and community partners to coordinate care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and utilization reviews.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.
• Educate individuals and families on addiction, recovery, relapse prevention and community resources.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and organizational standards, including confidentiality requirements.
