Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Colorado required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience with diverse populations in medical, behavioral health, substance use, or integrated care.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered nursing care for MOUD clients.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor health status.
• Support medication management, education, and treatment adherence.
• Coordinate care with behavioral health providers, prescribers, case managers, and community resources.
• Document client progress and health outcomes; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and care coordination.
