Ideal candidates have proven Service Advisor experience, strong customer service skills, and a solid understanding of the powersports industry, including familiarity with Lightspeed software.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
• Customer-service oriented with strong communication abilities.
• Knowledge of powersports industry and maintenance basics.
• Experience with Lightspeed or similar dealership software is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and maintain a positive relationship with the technician team.
• Greet customers and actively listening to their needs.
• Provide customers with information on warranty protections and cost-saving options.
• Manage dealership workflow and maintain schedules for in-house work and porter services.
• Call customers about service requirements, upsells, and unit completion.
• Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
