Max Motors Dealerships in Richmond, VA is seeking a customer-focused service associate to join our fast-paced automotive service team. You will be the primary contact for customers, guiding them through service needs and communicating clearly with both customers and technicians.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail, with knowledge of automotive systems a plus. Experience with service software is beneficial and a passion for exceptional customer service

Formación

Proven experience in a customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is an advantage.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
