Job summary

Bosch Motorsport North America in Michigan is seeking an Associate Motorsport Software Engineer to join a growing team focused on connectivity, telemetry, and data services for professional motorsport. You will support application and development engineers on projects across North America and worldwide, driving performance and reliability.

This role requires collaboration with customers, trackside deployment, and participation in test and validation activities, including HIL and cloud testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 1+ years in industry engineering.
• 1+ years with data acquisition/analysis software.
• Motorsport or high-performance environments experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop connectivity and telemetry products for motorsport.
• Set up and maintain trackside telemetry servers and dashboards.
• Provide application engineering support for telemetry gateways and cloud data.
• Coordinate with customers to gather requirements and manage timelines.
• Perform HIL and cloud testing with internal teams.
• Develop internal tools using MATLAB, Python, or C# to improve workflows.
• Travel domestically and internationally for on-site support.
