Job summary

Bosch Motorsport North America is seeking an Associate Motorsport Software Engineer to join a fast-paced, global development team. You’ll support application and development engineers on telemetry and connectivity projects for professional motorsport in North America.

The role involves travel, on-track support, and collaboration across global sites to deliver cutting-edge data solutions and diagnostics for race teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related technical field.
• 1+ years of industry experience in application engineering.
• 1+ years working with data acquisition and data analysis software.
• Experience in professional motorsport or high-performance environments.

Responsibilities

• Support development for connectivity and telemetry products for motorsport.
• Deploy trackside telemetry servers and manage data dashboards under pressure.
• Provide customer application engineering and ensure on-time delivery to milestones.
• Interface with customers to gather requirements and manage project timelines.
• Perform HIL and cloud testing to validate requirements and provide feedback.
