Job summary

Bosch Motorsport North America is seeking an Associate Motorsport Software Engineer to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team focused on telemetry and connectivity for professional motorsport.

You will support the development and application of telemetry products, participate in trackside deployment, and collaborate with customers to define requirements and deliver timely solutions across global development sites and race tracks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering or CS).
• 1+ years in industry-relevant application engineering.
• 1+ years with data acquisition and data analysis software.
• Experience in professional motorsport or high-performance environments.
• Willingness to travel 40–60 days per year domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support development of connectivity and telemetry products for motorsport.
• Deploy trackside telemetry servers and manage wireless connections.
• Provide customer application engineering for telemetry gateways and cloud services.
• Interface with customers to collect requirements and manage timelines.
• Validate requirements via HIL and cloud testing.
• Develop internal tools and scripts (MATLAB, Python, C#) to improve workflows.
