• Experience in technical problem solving and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and identify technical requirements.
• Recommend appropriate motors, actuators, drives, and motion-control components.
• Develop assigned account portfolio via phone and email follow-up.
