Job summary

Ledgent Technology seeks two Inside Sales Engineers for a direct-hire role in Torrance, CA. You will sell sub-fractional horsepower motors, drives, fans and motion control products in a team environment. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Salary ranges from 75,000 to 82,500 with 10% bonus and may increase to 90,000–100,000 with experience. Responsibilities include building and maintaining accounts, growing existing and emerging opportunities, using CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• 2 years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• BSEE or BSME in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships and manage accounts.
• Develop existing accounts for continued growth and new opportunities.
• Identify and develop emerging accounts to increase sales.
• May work with distributors.
• Promote products via phone, email, web leads, RFQ, sizing requests.
• Provide pricing, delivery, RMA coordination, and resolve complaints.
• Provide technical support and product information.
• Use CRM daily to record customer information and report.
• Support marketing with customer feedback.
