Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field; or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of inside sales, application engineering, or technical sales support.
• Solid knowledge of AC motor control, drives, and protection concepts.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and interpret technical data sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical sales resource, providing product selection and system recommendations.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations, review drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop account strategies and pursue new opportunities across target markets.
• Support customers with sizing, configuration, and troubleshooting for motor control products.
• Maintain CRM/ERP records and track opportunities through the sales cycle.
