The role emphasizes design ownership, supplier collaboration, and rigorous APQP/PPAP processes, with relocation assistance for domestic moves. This position is onsite five days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with product development life cycle in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Lead design efforts with suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to relocate domestically.

Responsibilities

• Own design of products and develop concepts through optimization.
• Collaborate with suppliers and Development Agreements.
• Lead quality leadership through PPAP and APQP processes.
• Incorporate field feedback to drive product improvements.
• Coordinate with NPI & NTI programs and respective design groups.
• Own materials and cost, working with subject matter experts.
