Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in embedded systems and electric drive systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink and C is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead L3 electrification subsystem control programs for motors, generators, and DC/DC converters.
• Manage release content, schedules, budgets, and delivery commitments for assigned programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across controls, software, systems, components and teams.
• Develop, review, and support release of controls and/or software content for electrification applications.
• Identify and manage program risks, technical issues, resource needs, and tradeoffs.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure subsystem controls and software meet performance and reliability goals.
